*Note: This is a 2-day training*
This two-part webinar introduces the essential skills we all use to set and achieve goals – also known as “Executive Skills.” In Part 1, you’ll learn what these skills are, why they matter for effective teamwork and personal success, and how they show up in everyday behavior. You’ll also explore tools to help you better use your own strengths to reach your goals at work.
In Part 2, we’ll build on that foundation with practical strategies for setting and adjusting goals, using small changes in your environment to support progress, and developing a simple plan to apply what you’ve learned in your day-to-day work.
