Board of Directors

The Member Community Action Agencies elect the Illinois Community Action Association (IACAA) Board of Directors to guide the work of the Association. The Board sets goals, monitors effectiveness, and supports the network through coordination and communication.

Illinois Community Action Agencies share a common mission of reducing poverty through individual, family, and community-level initiatives that change lives and improve neighborhoods. The IACAA Board provides a unified voice to the Illinois poverty-fighting network.
