Join us for a practical workshop focused on using the updated Client Needs Survey and Stakeholder Survey to suppot your agency’s Community Action Plan and Community Needs Assessment (CAP/CNA) process. IACAA partnered with DCEO and a working group of Illinois Community Action Agency staff to redesign both surveys to be more streamlined while still capturing the core data needed to assess community needs.
During this session, participants will:
- Review the updates made to the Client Needs Survey and the Stakeholder Survey
- Learn how to effectively collect data using these surveys
- Explore strategies for analyzing and interpreting survey data
- Understand the role of focus groups in a comprehensive needs assessment
- Learn how to plan and facilitiate an effective focus group
The workshop will clearly connect surveys and focus groups to how they support and strengthen the CAP/CNA, giving participants practical tolls they can apply immediately at their agencies.
