Join Jamie Lutton from FHLBank Chicago to learn about FHLBank Chicago’s grant programs, with a focus on the Affordable Housing Project (AHP) General Fund. Despite the name, FHLBank Chicago grant opportunities are available to organizations across all of Illinois. 

Jamie will provide an overview of FHLBank Chicago and the AHP Fund, including how it works and who’s eligible. She’ll be joined by Kevin Bushur and Joe Page from C.E.F.S. Economic Opportunity Corporation, who will share their firsthand experience accessing AHP dollars. Kevin will discuss how Community Action Agencies can benefit from this funding opportunity. Joe will walk through the day-to-day implementation of AHP funding in C.E.F.S.’s Low Income Home Rehabilitation Project, including how his agency combined AHP dollars with Illinois Home Weatherization Assistance Program funding to support the project.
