Fiscal Director

Starting Salary: $95,000 – $100,000

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Fiscal Officer will be responsible for overseeing all finance, accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting activities. The Fiscal Officer will be involved in supporting presentations to the Board of Directors and the audit committee and be a part of the senior leadership team. The Fiscal Officer will lead all day-to-day financial operations, including functional responsibility over accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash management, and administration of financial grant functions and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a management-level accounting position
  • Established and positive record in organizational operations work, including management of fiscal operations
  • Good record of team management, team building, organization development and change, financial planning and management, and project management
  • Written and oral communication skills
