Pay Transparency - updated 11/22/2024

Starting January 1, 2025, Illinois employers with 15 or more employees must include pay ranges and benefits in job postings, in line with an Amendment to the Illinois Equal Pay Act. This requirement promotes pay transparency and fairness by ensuring employers list the pay scale, benefits, and any other compensation, such as bonuses or stock options, in their job openings. If your job posting does not include the relevant information, it will not be posted to the IACAA website.
