I’m thrilled to announce that I’ll be the keynote speaker at this year’s annual conference! Meeting all of you and, above all, delivering a message filled with resilience and hope is something I look forward to with great anticipation. This message not only reflects the impactful work you all do but also profoundly influences countless lives, including the direction of my own life and that of my family. International award-winning speaker, best-selling author, advocate for domestic abuse and sexual assault victims, TEDx authenticity expert and transformational leader.  Arletta Allen is on a mission to serve our most vulnerable communities, restore hope and lead the way to self sufficiency. Arletta is also helping aspiring and emerging speakers from all over the world to unlock their true potential and to locate their authentic voice for the betterment of others. With over 10 years of experience, Arletta provides personalized one-on-one coaching to empower individuals to become unstoppable influencers for ultimate impact.

Arletta champions causes for vulnerable communities and advocacy against poverty nationally. Arletta is a national award recipient of the Sargent Shriver Award for self sufficiency through the Community Action Partnership – National Office and statewide award recipient through Wisconsin Community Action Program Association, Inc. (WISCAP). Arletta serves community action agencies nationwide sharing her story of resilience from poverty, prostitution, to the pinnacle of prosperity.

Arletta Allen is an emotionally intelligent servant leader serving women and girls through her non-profit organizations, Peculiar Princess Project, Inc. and Resilient Women WIN. These organizations host events, brunches, summits, luncheons, conferences, retreats, and more to empower women and girls who may have suffered through domestic abuse, sexual assault, and more.

As a boy mom of four grown sons and a former local government official in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, Arletta is a frequented guest on podcasts, news outlets, and social media platforms. Her passion is to assist others in discovering their authentic voice while empowering them to become confident, anchored, engaged, and impactful communicators.
