Sara Ratcliffe
Sara Ratcliffe is the Director of Member Services for the Illinois Association of Community Action Agencies. She is responsible for Membership correspondence, public relations and all meeting coordination. Sara attained her Certified Meeting Professional designation in 2010. Prior to her employment with IACAA she taught high school art fro 10 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Art History from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Sara is married and has three daughters.
