Sarah Lemmon is the Executive Assistant to the President/CEO at the Illinois Association of Community Action Agencies. In addition to providing assistance to the IACAA President, Sarah serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors, and administers the Human Resources function at the Association. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Purdue University and a master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Illinois – Springfield. Sarah is a member of the Illinois Society of Association Executives as well as the Society for Human Resources Management. She is also the acting president of the UIS chapter of Pi Alpha Alpha- the national honor society for students of Public Administration. Prior to her employment at IACAA, Sarah worked as a research specialist in the Office of Institutional Research at the University of Illinois – Springfield.
